DECENT HOUSES FOR SOLDIERS.
(Received September 22, 9.20' a.m.) LONDON, September 21. Tho Government is evolving housing schemes, involving £3,000,000, to be put into operation after the war. Mr Walter Long, replying to a depu-. tation, said it was the nation's duty to provide decent accommodation for returned soldiers.
