A BATTLE IMMINENT.
BUCHAREST, September 20. Skilful Russian and Roumanian strategic movements in the Dobrudja have resulted in such a shortening of tho' front that the enemy's position/ is . critical. The arrival of reinforcements , has improved the situation, and battle is imminent.
Hitherto there have been only minor actions, resulting in our favour. The latest reports indicate that Marshal yon Mackensen is increasingly pressing the Russians and Roumanians 12 miles from the Constanza railway.
