LONDON, September 18,
, The "Daily Mail's" Amsterdam correspondent states that the " Vossisehe Zeitung " alleges that a German division, oast of Silistria, drove back the Roumanians on the Russians. Simultaneously, the Bulgo-Gcrmanß outflanked the Russo-JRoumanian right, driving in the Serbians. Thus Marshal Mackensen's line formed a loop, forcing the Russo-Roumanians to withdraw.
