GRAND JURY'S FINDING.

GRFA'MOUTH, Sept. 16. In the Supreme Court to-day the Grand Jury returned no bill in' a charge of theft against a former borough employee. Mr Justice Sim expressed surprise at the jury's finding, and said that findings such as in the case in question brought juries into disrepute. Ho indicated that he would take further proceedings and have accused airain tried. True bills were returned in charces of carnal knowledge against George James Willis and of abortion against Alice Scobie (married).
