The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Ruahine, which left London for Auckland on February 4, has put in at St Helena. The captain reports that the cargo caught fire, ami it was found necessary to flood the hold to extinguish the flanves. (Receive March 1, 16' P-™-> ENGLAND AND AMERICA. Berlin, February 28.
