(Fen PRBSB ASSOCIATION) (Received February 28, 10.40 a.m.) AFRICAN EXPEDITIONS. Brussels, February 27. News received from the Congo states that the Belgian expedition under Dhariish, sent to punish the Arabs for the massacre of Major Hodister's expedition, have defeated the Arabs at Tomani. Five hundred prisoners were taken, including six chiefs, and six hundred rifles secured. Zanzibar, February 27. The expeditions under Captains Jacques and Delcorames, which it was feared had been massacred, have arrired safely at Lake Tanganyika. They had a hot engagement with the Arabs at Yambuya, in which the Belgian resident and his assistant were killed, but the Arabs were routed.
