Christchubch, February 25. The total amount coll ecte 1 by the Executive Committee in aid of the sufferers by the Queensland floods to date is £'i 62, in addition to donations of goods arid sums of money sent forward by private organisations.
The following sums of money have been received by the Mayor:—C. W. Puraell, £1 Is ; Cox, 5a ; W. L., 2s.j I. Sargent, £1; Jno. Grigg, £10 10s ; Mawson Br.s., £2 2s ; Mawson Bros' employees, £1 5s ; Thouias Scaly, £1 Is ; G. T. Smith, £1 Is ; T. Mitchell, Ashton, £1 Is ; James Brown, Wakanui, £1 Is. Amount previously acknowledged, £46 7s 6d—£66 16s 6d. ? l?
