COMMERCIAL UNION.
Mei^oubne, February 17. The Chamber of Commerce carried a resolution in favor of the commercial union of the colonies. Mr Service suggested the disarability of consulting the Trades Hall, which had an immense power of voters, to bring about commercial union.
