The Agent-General of New South Wales says that ho is satisfied with the manner in which the Treasury bills issued by the colony are being received. February 16. The Bank of England has invited the Baring cuarantors to extend their guarantee for a year. The guarantors have replied, suggesting that their liability should be reduced by three-fourths. i Washington, February 15. The American visible supply of wheat is 116,000,000 bushels. At the wool sales there is a strong demand fnr lamW wool and best combing. There have been further withdrawals of colonial bought wools.
