The Chamber of Deputies, has ordered indictments for bribery to he preferred against Charles Be Lesseps, Fontin, Blondin, Gahron, Arthon, and five others. The cases against Baron Cottu and Dv Herini are. still in suspense. The case against Cottu, Eiffel, and other directors of the company for swindling are also unsettled,
