THE ROMAN BANK SCANDALS.
Rome, February 6. It has transpired that the Bank of Home spent £80,000 in bribing members of the Chamber of Deputies in order, to obtain an extension of the privileges of the institution. It is alleged that Rudini and Crispi are involved in the frauds.
