The Lora Gorge Murder.
[PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION.'] "■••■ Invekcargjll, February 4L.' ■"-: Jn the Lora Gorge murder case, which was to have come up for hearing at tbe February sittings of the Suprema Court, the Crown Prosecutor has intimated to Mr Macaltater, counsel for John Mcßae, senior, that the Crown do not intend to present an indictment against the accused. At the last sittings the hearing was postpones), Mcßae being admitted to bail, in the hope of obtaining evidence establish* ing the identity of the gun found at the scene of the murder, but in this the police have been unsuccessful. Without this evidence the case is very weak; hence this action.
