Hobart, Februa-y 4, Addressing the Federal Council Mr Dobson, a Tasmanian delegate, said the clay was not far distant when his colony would be compelled to enter into Federal Union with one or more of the neighboring colonies. It could not much longer withstand the effects of their protective policies. The Council has practically concluded its sittings.
