Parts, February 2, The arbitration over the Behring Sea difficulty, which was to have been held here, has been deferred for the present, owing to Mr Foster, the United States Secretary of the Treasury, remaining at Washington on accouut of the Hawaiian trouble GREAT JEWEL ROBBERY. Jewellery of the value of 300,000f. | has been stolen from Count Flanders' palace. Brussels. February 2.
