JDatectlve Maddern went out by; * the 415 pjm tra'n, and when going to exasttne ttie> place where ib.3 obstructions were fonnd in tbe morning, dlsoovftred three stones planted in the oheek rail, two Iron dogs* a pleca of an Iren bait aod a large stOD* on the main lino*: A Her removing these, and when the trains bad gone past, the detective kept watob until 9 p,m,, bat nothing oooorred. He again went by the 6.40 am. train to-day, and had not waited long before he notified a boy named Brogan, living near by, placing the stones on the Hoe, The boy was promptly secured. An Investigation as to whether he had any aooompllees will be Bade.
