US. JUBILEE HYMN

The following Jubilee hymn, composed by Mr H. B. Bridge, will be sung by the school children of Wellington on the 22nd inst, the day appointed for the celebration iio that city. The hymn is to te sung to the tune of the Old Hundredth.

With one accord, O Lord, to Thee, I Assembled here Thy children raise, On this Zeaiandia's Jubilee, Their voices in a Hymn of Praise. We praise Thee that Thy guiding hand, When from tbe Old Land fax away Sail'd forth the dauntless pilgrim band, Their course directed day by day, 'Till, aided by Thy watchful love, Through, unknown track of sea they passed With simple faith in One above, And found safe haven here at last. Then In their early trials here, Privations spre, and danger's hour, Thou show'd'st that thou wert ever near, Sustaining by Thy grace and power. And now we praise Thee for Thy care Through fifty years of steady toil, For mercies great and gifts so rare Of favoring clime and fruitful soil* Raise up a nation here we pray, Whose path to greatness and to fame, Shall be the better, nobler way, With Glory to thy Holy Name! DOXOLOGY. Praise God from whom all blessings flow, Praise Him all creatures here below, Praise Him above, ye Heavenly Host,, Praise Fc'cher, Son, and Holy Ghost,
