THE PARNELL DIVORCE CASE
Mr Parnell asserts .that Mr Houston instigated Mr O'Shea to bring the action for divorce* in order to influence his libel action against "The Timed." He admits that he resided in the house - of respondent for six years. Captain O'Shea does not claim damages.
