Sib, —Lookers on often Bee as muoh as the parties interested, and it seems strange it has never ooourred to friends of the movement to propose publishing a list of gentlemen willing to give their employees fair play, at the same time undertaking to forfeit whatever sum of money may be thought reasonable, Bay five pounds, to the Old Men's Home, should they violate their agreement. This would show plainly to the publio the real friends of the working man ,and it would naturally follow that only the considerate tradesmen would I reoeive publio support. A OotJNIRYMA»."
