SIR G. BOWEN'S AUTOBIOGRAPHY.
Sir George Bowen, formerly Governor of New Zealand, Victoria, and other colonies, has published his autobiography. In the despatches quoted are eulogistic references by Messrs Gladstone and Forster and Lord Dufferin to his conduct during the Victorian crisis which occurred m the latter part of his administration.
