No entry will be received except on the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards. or whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points con nected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. 3. The Races are open to any horse com* monly resident and trained m the district from *:he let October, 1889, to the date of meeting, md owned by a person who has resided n said district during the same period. 4. The district above mentioned is bounded . on the north by the Selwyn river and on th. south by the Opihi river. 5.
