The usual monthly meeting was held on Thursday, Present — Messrs Coster (ohairman), McLean, and titrlngfellow. The following tenders were accepted : Metalling Bprott's road at Ud per yard, blinding same, Is 8d per chain, T. (JroniUa Metallic g Kyle road, 0. tiheehun la 3d per yard, and blinding same at Ib lOd per chain. Poundkoeper and Banger, G bhellook for all fees.

Accouuts were passed for payment for £169 18s 3d.

The Olork waa instructed to dispose of a number of gum saplings off tho gravel pit opposite Swains, to the best adventage. It was decided to hold the next meeting on January 9th, 1890.

The Board t.en went into Cemetery business. — It was decided to allow Mr Brimicombe to have the hay In dispute for the labor of gutheijng same. Also to let tha caretaker have the grasß this year for tho cutting. Offioial intimation was received from the Oounoll ra subsidy granted,
