Nomination for Bicycle Race on the same date. RULES. First race to star£ at ](2 sparp. Three horses to start, or no' race. Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Sports Committee to be final. All protests to be lodged within half.an.hour of the race, and to be accompanied by a deposit of 10 per cent of the disputed stake. ; The said deposit to be forfeited should the protest prpve ftiyolous.
