THE LABOR TROUBLES.
Owing to the strike among dock laborers, a section of Australian shippers are arranging to send exports from Grimsby docks, Dear the mouth of the , river Humber. In consequence of foreigners being engaged m working British ships at Bristol, seven thousand dock laborers have gone out on. strike. London, November 29 The Miners' Conference at Newport has postponed its decision with regard to the Eight Hours Bill, Which it has been decided to refer back to the districts interested. The colliers have intimated to the colliery proprietors that m January next they will demand an increase of ten per cent. ; m their wages. The owners have dei cided not to accede to the request, and ; a strike is imminent.
