Mkibotjrne, Novembei 28. Referring to the New Zealand Exhibition, the « Argus," ia aa article this morning, states it is justified m regarding the history of the Dunedin Exhibition ai the history of a marvellous revival of trade and industry m New Zealand, and goes on to say that the colony has solved the great colonial problem by the 1 simple discovery that there is no royal path to permanent prosperity, but the road must be cot out by labor and skill For this reason, the " Argus" adds, the greater and more sincere should be thft congratulations, of Australasia. Ia conclusion, it hopes the Exhibition will be a success and an index to permanent prosperity. The Earl of Hopetoun, the new Governor,arrived here to-day, and met with the most brilliant reception ever extended to a Vice-regal party >ia Victoria.
