THE LABOR TROUBLES.
The Strike Executive are squabbling among themselves. They dispute Mr Tillet's authority to invite, the Hamburg dock laborers to work with the London Union. has been devoted to the Stevedores' fund. Burns has moved that the balance m the hand of the Dockers' Union be applied for the purpose of maintaining the position, and to relieve distress. He appeals to the mediators to support him, m this view. ,
