The meeting will be held undar the Rules of Racing. 2. No entry will be received except on the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint. The Races are open to any horse commonly resident and trained m the district from the Ist October, 1889, to the date of meeting, and owned by a person who has resided n said district during the same period. 4. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable m accordance with this programme for the 'expenses of the course. 6.
