LETTER FROM STANLEY.

Zauzibab, November 22 A letter has been received from Stanley. The explorer states that there were four daya of continuous fighting between the forces accompanying bimlelf and Emm Bef, and the natives of the country to the south of Lake Victoria Nyanza. The trouble was caused through the latter believing Emm Bey's people to be cannibals. Stanley says, too, that his followers were obliged to carry a number of invalids for a thousand mules m hammocks.
