INCREASE OF THE GERMAN ARMY.
Beblin, November 22. The Minister for War announced to the Reicbstasr, that the Committee which had been appointed to consider the matter, had approved of the organising of two additional array corps. ,He declares that the projected increase is not m consequence of the French Army Bill.
