Zanzibar, November 20 , Captain Wisraan has received information to the effect that Em m Bey and Stanley left the Equatorial Pro- 1 vinces under the control of two Egyptian officers. Most of the troops in-' sisied that they should be allowed to return homeward instead of going south. The advance party of refugees reached Mpwapwa on October nth, and report that Stanley and Emm Bey will probably reach Bagomoye abont December Ist.
