Adelaide, November 19. Dr. Cockburn, the Premier, m replying to Sit Henry Parkes, says that while he does not wish to dispute as to the best method of approaching federation, which is much to be desired, he thinks it will only be necessary for New South Wales to join the Federal Council m order to have the subject discussed by a thoroughly representative body.
