A Roman Catholic Congress which ias be9n sitting Borne time at Baltimore, !ias decided to hold an International Convention m 1892, when a world's fair is to be held. A resolution has been passed condemning Mormonism, Divorce, Nihilism, Socialism, Communism, the greed ot capitalists, Sunday trading, and declaring m favor of the absolute freedom of the Holy See, as being indispensable to tho peace of tho Church and the wel^ fare of mankind.
