The meeting will be held undsr the Rules of Racing. 2. No entry will be received except on the j conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be 'plecided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint. The Races are open to any horse com* monly resident and trained m the district from the ist October, 1889, to the date of meeting, and owned by a person who has resided n said district duriDg the same period. 4.
