ANOTHER YOGEL.
An ex-member of the Legislature of New South Wales writes to the " Economist," stating that if the colony ceased borrowing she would be unable to meet her engagements. If she continued borrowing she would make default m the payment of interest. The writer terms Sir H. Parkes the Yogel of New South Wales.
