Sergeant Logan won the Queen's prize at the Victorian Rjfle Association meeting to-day.
Sir H. brougham Loch, who has been appointod High Commissioner of the Cape Colony, sailed for Capetown yesterday. The sculling race for the intercolonial amateur sculling championship of Victoria was rowed yesterday, when Kerr, of the Yarra Club, won. Fred Foster, nf the Union Club, Christchurch, finished last. The time wao 22min ssec.
