No entry will be received except on the conditions that all claims, disputes, and pbjections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint. The Races are open to any horse com« 1 monly resident and trained m the district from the Ist October, 1889, to the date of meeting, ' and owned by a person who has resided n said dUtrict during the same period. 4. The district above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn river and on thsouth by the Opihi river, 5.
