WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
London, November 15.
The "Times" publishes a letter from Sir Cockburn Campbell re the Western Australian constitution. He suggests that the unoccupied and unassigned territory should remain under Imperial control until handed over to the Federal Government m trust for the Australian Dominion. The " Times" believes that the suggested division of the colony would be an acceptable com promise.
