The bakers are conceding the demands of the men for a reduction m the hours of labor;
The South Metropolitan Gas Company has decided to share the profits with employees. The men who went out on strike will also receive a share of profits
It is thonght probable that the recent vote of a thousand pounds, made by the Strike Executive to the Broken Hill miners who went out on strike, will be rescinded and other strikers subsidised.
(Received November 16, 13 45 a.m ) The Committee has voted to the Dock Laborers' Union. The Finance Committee dissolve on Saturday. The appointment of a Royal Commission is suggested to report on the labor question with a view to the creation of Courts of Arbitration,
