The ■'Herald," Jn an article referring to the attempts to slter the national educational system of New Zealand, says that probably one of the issues at the next election will be denominational versus national education. The result of the contest will be watched with considerable interest m Australasia. The -'Herald "predicts that the national education system will emerge from the conflict essentially unaltered, but better adapted to its great mission.
