THE LABOR TROUBLES.

The lightermen have resumed work. The wharfmen and dook laborers who aro still standing out show signs of pielding. In tho meantime they are not being paid.
London* November 13. The stevedores ot the General Sltam Navigation Company, under pressure of the lightermen, have struck, demanding 7d per hour during the day, and 9d per hour overtime. The Company replied that; it was impossible to comply with the demand m view of the competition abroad and at British outports, and declared that the strike had already alienated a formidable amount of trade. Subsequeatly, being every where blocked, the Company conceded the demand.
