THE PARNELL COMMISSION.
Before the " Times"-Parnell Commission to-day Sir Henry James, one of the leading counsel for the " Times," commented ia strong terms on Mr Parnell's base and dishonorable deception of the House of Commons, and the violent outburst of boycotting m the South of Ireland.
