At • meeting of the Bootmakers Union last nlch^ it was uaanimously decided to send £20 to the tailora now on strike In Canterbury, and give further assistance If required. They also passed a resolution that they intended to refrain from baying *ny article manufactured at the K»lapoi woollen faotory, until the diraotors of the faotory oonsemed to the demands of the Tailors' Uoion.
