LETTER PROM STANLEY.
(Pan Pbbss Association.) LoNDoNt Novarober 4. Stanley, writing on August 29th, from Lake Victoria Nyanza, says that Emm Bey, Ourati, and himself, accom panied by six Englishmen and other Europeans, and a following of eight hundred people, are journeying to Mpwapawe, m German territory, Wadelaiis m the hands of the Mahdi's people.
