After a lengthy dlicuaslon of the subject of the water race crossings on this road, it was resolved "Tbst tbe ccouplers who have made tbe water raca crossings on the seaside road be called upon at once to make them passible to the satisfaction of the Surveyor, or otherwise the crossings will be immediately filled Dp at their expente." EE3BRVB 2240. It wsa resolved to withdraw the claim againßt the County Council for stubbing gorse m this reseive, as the Board had been under the impression that the Council piid for euoh work. SPECIAL MEETING. It was reiolvad to hold a speoial meeting of the Board on Saturday, November 16ih. TENDERS The tender of Blair and Beard, for grabbing tussocks on Elgin road, was Hooepted. ACCOUNTS. After passing accounts the Board adjourned.
