London, Ootober 30
The London and North-western Railway Company have increased the wages of drivers and firemen on their line 3s per week.
Several of the wharfingers having refused to concede the terms agreed on by tho Mansion House Comiuitte it is expected that 700 laborers will go out on strike on Monday.
