Thin was a beautiful morning, and a lot of good work was done at 1 iccarton. Alsace was sent a mile and a half, finishing fast. Dudu covered a nile and a quarter at half pace, and was than joined by Cynieca and carried alone: it nearly top speed for another round ; the laat mile occupied lmin 49aeo. . tlasthead traversed two miles and a half, the last mile fairly fast, but did not make a favorable impression. Whispar went two miles at half pace, and then bras! ted along fast for four furlongs, moving very well. Tirailleur, Benata and Jet d'Eaa put m two miles at a steady half-pace. Tirailleur has done very well since his a; riyal and gets over the ground m good ttyJe, but Kenata and Jet d'Eaa are disappointing to the Bice art on people. Wak;itipn did sharp work over a couple of miles, and Recluse after going the same distance at half pace spurted over six farlon^s. Scots Grey was on the course but was confined to walking exercise, and Sultan alto pot man appearance. Merrie England id still lame, and is a very uncertain starter. Torrent has been scratched for all engagements at the 0.J.0. meeting,
