RAILWAY REGULATIONS.
The Board of Trade have issued a circular warning all railway companies to fix points and signals under the inter locking system, and to adopt, continuous brakes, also to print the price of tickets on their faces. They have also intimated their intention of enforcing the recent Act passed by the Imperial Parliament.
