Mynott v Oorkill, the defendant being the party who ordered the apology to be inserted m the "Herald." The Court has adjourned till Monday. Wblhngton, Ootober 26 Mr Thomas McEenzie has deolined to contest the mayoralty. In the Divoroe Court, before Mr Jastioe Riohmond, In the case of Nilson v Nilson and Harman, a decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute at ttie fint sittings after the expiration of three months, costs, amounting to £35, against tha co-respon-dent.
