NEW METHOD OF WHEAT GKOWING

('•Oamaru Mali.") A somewhat new departure In wheat growing was tried at Tafpo by Mr M'Kay, manager for Mra Teaohemaker, last year. The plan adopted was to sow wheat on potato Und without re- ploughing or preparing In any form after tbe potatoee were dog.
