THE WISSMAN EXPEDITION.
Zanzibar, Oofobur 23. Captain Wissman-, the German Com-- J mander m East Africa, has defeated Arab insurgents at Somue. Their loss was seventy killed. Captain Wissman expects Stanley, Emm Pasha, and Casta, the Italian traveller, at Abpwapa, iv German territory, next month.
