Oats— -The market continues steady with a fairly active demand Considerable quantitiee have been disposed of during tbe week, so that stocks are now reduced to muoh .mailer dimensions, and confined principally to lots held on growers' aooount for a more satisfactory market. Buyers, however, decline to advanoe on last week's rates to any extent, but it is quite possible if holders oontinue firm to bring, some improvement about.
